It was in 2009 whereby the student were promised good condusive classrooms for their studies,but its been three years now they are about to finish their school with no any promise made been fullfilled, though this is one of the University were by the students pay lots of money but yet is also one of the poor university that has no good environment for the students to learn.
one of the student said that "the university does not care on what condition are their students are in and they dont mind if their have the facility enough to facilitate us, because its been like this ever since the foundation of the University here in Dar es salaam and no changes have been seen to improve".

Does this mean the Management dont Care? or They dont know?
